Keys to your apartment are collected from 2.00pm from the kiosk machine located in Hunter Parking & Storage in Gibson Street, Newcastle.
- Pull over to the left hand side of the car park and park in front of the roller door that is down.
- Then collect the key from the kiosk machine for the Civic Car Park
- Then swipe the proximity card up against the proximity card reader to enter the car park.
- Then swipe the procimity card up against the procimity card reader to exit the car park.
- Return the procimity card and keys to the apartment to the key return box upon departure.
Collection of keys between 2.00pm to 8.30pm
Drive your car towards the boom gate, after your number plate is taken the boom gates will open.
Collection of keys after 8.30pm
Drive your car towards the roller doors, the roller doors will automatically open, your number plate is taken and then the boom gates will open
Collection of keys after 8.30pm when you do not have a vehicle
The roller door of the car park will be down. Locate the green door on the right hand side of the roller door then enter the pin code 25836 into the keypad. Walk straight ahead and locate the kiosk machine.

Your keys are not able to be collected from the kiosk machine until after 2.00pm.

The kiosk machine is located on the right hand side just after you pass through the boom gates.

Pre-Authorisation of $100.00
If you have not paid your pre-authorisation, this can be done at the kiosk machine prior to your keys dropping. This pre-authorisation is collected for any damage or additional cleaning that is required in the apartment.
Payments
If you have not paid your accommodation tariff, this can be done at the kiosk machine prior to your keys dropping.
Guest Portal Link
Your tariff accommodation is due 72 hours prior to arrival. Our Central Reservation staff will call you with 72 hours prior to arrival to confirm your reservation details and to send you a link whereby you are able to make full payment of your accommodation. If you have not received this link contact Central Reservations.
The key return box is located on the left hand side of the kiosk machine.
Lift the handle up then place your keys into the slot then close the handle.

The final step is to notify Central Reservations that you have returned the keys. To do this click the Check-out button tab then click CHECK-OUT.
